HR Manager

Position: HR Manager
 

Job Overview:
Leading and managing the full spectrum of HR operations while ensuring alignment with Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Laws, GOSI regulations, and Saudization requirements
  • Lead compensation and benefits administration
  • Develop and monitor HR budgets and key performance indicators
  • Implement and maintain HRMS systems
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Manage end-of-service calculations and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience with 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in HRMS systems
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM or CIPD certification
  • Experience in multinational organizations
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting

Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
