Position: HR Manager
Job Overview:
Leading and managing the full spectrum of HR operations while ensuring alignment with Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Laws, GOSI regulations, and Saudization requirements
- Lead compensation and benefits administration
- Develop and monitor HR budgets and key performance indicators
- Implement and maintain HRMS systems
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage end-of-service calculations and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations
- Proficiency in HRMS systems
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM or CIPD certification
- Experience in multinational organizations
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting
Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
