Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a sales specialist at Troika Events Production in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management tasks daily.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales or related fields.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the events industry and its trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals for event services, such as conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Present tailored proposals to clients and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
