Technical Consultant

About the job:


The Technical Consultant will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by leveraging technical expertise to solve complex business problems, provide technical guidance and bridge the gap between the company’s technical capabilities and client needs. Working closely with customer experience director and Head of professional services this role will ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and contribute to delivering a superior customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Client Consultation and Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technology requirements. Conduct assessments and analysis to identify challenges and potential improvements. Document and present technical requirements and project objectives.


  • Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and propose technology solutions that align with the client’s business goals. Design technical architectures and system integrations. Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of solutions.


  • Project Management and Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions when needed. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.


  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Address technical issues and provide support to resolve them. Diagnose and solve system-related problems during and after project implementation. Offer ongoing support, maintenance, and training for end users.


  • Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Activities: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the pre-sales phase. Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical questions. Provide technical insights for proposals, tenders, and contracts.


  • Continuous Improvement and Documentation: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and system manuals. Suggest improvements to existing systems or processes based on client feedback.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Computer Science/engineering. Senior Technical certification from well-known vendors.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sr technical roles and customer facing. Proven track record of delivering technical solutions. Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills. Expert in cloud technical solutions.
