  • The ideal candidate will Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector, including public and private projects.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders to expand the company’s network.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the tendering and contracts teams.
  • Assist in prequalification submissions and ensure the company is pre-approved for targeted projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in project proposals.
  • Participate in negotiations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Track and report on project opportunities, leads, and progress in achieving business development goals.


Skills

  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote its services and capabilities.
  • Provide input into the development of strategic business plans to align with market opportunities and company objectives.
  • 5-7 years' experience
