- Prepare, evaluate, and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and cost claims
- Conduct critical path and delay analyses using Primavera P6 and other planning tools
- Review project schedules, progress reports, and claims-related documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary supporting documentation
- Engage with external claims consultants for independent reviews and support on complex claims
- Negotiate claims with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to reach amicable resolutions
- Contribute to dispute resolution processes, including preparing submissions for arbitration or adjudication
- Collaborate with legal, contracts, and planning teams to ensure claims are aligned with contractual obligations
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status, risks, and opportunities related to claim
Skills
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in claims management, delay analysis, and cost claims
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Expertise in Primavera P6 and delay analysis methodologies
