The Fleet Administration role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management and operation of a company's vehicle fleet. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly.
  2. Coordinate with maintenance providers to schedule repairs and routine checks for all fleet vehicles.
  3. Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  4. Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations regarding vehicle operation and safety.
  5. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  6. Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and the disposal of old or damaged ones.
  7. Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  8. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
