  • Manage and maintain company documents, ensuring proper organization and security.
  • Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
  • Store, retrieve, and distribute documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain version control and ensure document updates are tracked effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for documentation.
  • Support project teams by providing accurate records and document tracking.
  • Perform regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate document sharing.
  • Provide training and guidance on document control systems and procedures.

Skills

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience, preferably within Construction, Engineering, or Project Management companies as a Document Controller or Secretary
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of applications, Word, Excel, Power Point..etc.
  • Excellent command of English Language Spoken and Written, Arabic language is a plus.
  • Located in / willing to relocate to : Al-Madinah Al-Munawwara.
  • Allowed to work in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwara as per local regulation; i.e.: of Muslim Faith.
  • Systematic, Punctual, Accurate, and Well Organized.
  • Presentable.
