The Landscape Manager/Engineer plays a crucial role in the Agriculture & Crop Production industry, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of landscape projects. This position requires a blend of technical skills and creative vision to enhance outdoor spaces while ensuring sustainability and environmental responsibility. The Landscape Manager/Engineer will oversee various projects, from residential gardens to commercial landscapes, ensuring that all work aligns with the company's goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement landscape design plans that meet client specifications and environmental standards.
- Manage and supervise landscape installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil conditions, drainage, and other environmental factors.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans.
- Oversee the maintenance of landscapes, including irrigation systems, plant health, and pest management.
- Provide guidance and training to landscape staff and contractors on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing project developments and outcomes.
- Research and implement sustainable practices in landscape design and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance service offerings.
Preferred Candidate:
- An agricultural or landscape architect engineer.
- 10-15 years of experience (preferred inside KSA).
- Experience with any of PIF (Public Investment Fund) projects.
- Experience in landscaping projects.
- Strong background in landscape architecture or horticulture.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local flora and sustainable landscaping practices.
