A  management, certification and consultancy company is looking forward to hiring a Sales Officer in Riyadh.

Ideal candidate shall be competent and outstand in the following:

1. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including key industries and customer needs.

2. Presentation Skills: Deliver professional, engaging presentations; explain complex ideas clearly.

3. Communication: Build relationships, address client needs, and manage concerns effectively.

4. Service Sales: Proven expertise in selling services, from lead generation to deal closure.

5. Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans targeting key markets and goals.

6. Proposal Writing: Create detailed proposals, quotations, and client-facing documents.

7. Self-Management: Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

8. Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.

9. Negotiation: Close deals and resolve client objections effectively.

10. Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends to position services competitively.

11. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales with service delivery.

Skills

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a service sector such as medical devices, insurance, professional services, or training.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
