Job summary


As a Tech Licensing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible to look for opportunities in Saudi Arabia market to acquire new customers for the business using strong connections. You will be the first point of contact and will guide qualified leads through the sales process, from running a demo to closing the deal. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the existing customers. A high aptitude for B2B sales and strong negotiation skills makes you right fit for the role. Whereas, prior work in the SaaS industry would be an advantage.


 


Job Description



  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.

  • Increase Talentera's product portfolio sales per customer through active customer needs assessment and solution recommendations

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact with a client to training and follow up support.

  • Deliver service that is consistent with Talentera's values and customer promise.

  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.

  • Effectively manage the growth of 100 - 120 assigned clients through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.

  • Ensure a minimum of 85% coverage of your assigned stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings.

  • Lead online demonstrations to clients.

  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the client's success.  

  • Remain in frequent contact with the existing clients and prioritize retention as a major focus.  

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client success and satisfaction.

  • Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from an assigned database of customers.

Skills

Qualification



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or  Information Technology

  • 2+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions

  • Work experience in SaaS industry would be an advantage


Required Skills



  • High aptitude for sales (Preferably B2B sales).

  • Strong networking and connections in Saudi Arabia.

  • Keen eye for identifying potential leads.

  • Excellent negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into customers.

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Highly energetic, self starter with a purpose driven, result oriented attitude.

  • Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service.

  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
