On behalf of a global Burger chain, we seek an experienced Operations Manager based in Riyadh.
• You will be responsible for achieving targets set by the business plan and employee performance management.
• Provide leadership to ensure a consistently high-quality product and excellent guest service within designated multiple outlets and high-volume franchise operations.
• Direct responsibilities include managing the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
• Accountable for the business performance of the restaurants and maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
• Actively contribute to business development including new openings and identifying opportunities for staff and business development.
• Build external networks to understand market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Implement Company policies and regulations.
• Meet Target Sales and Profit and set budgets.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Accountable for planning and execution of Store Plans.
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
• Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit, and staff development Planning and coordinating menus.
• Accountable for Building and Equipment Maintenance.
• You will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the entire team.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in fast food restaurant operational management (preferably from a multinational fast food chain).
• Multi-site operations management experience preferred.
• Sales and marketing competencies are a major asset.
• Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent business acumen, cost controlling, forecasting, and knowledge of industry trends.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with a sound awareness of internal and external customer needs are equally important.
