Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in real estate and hospitality.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, investors, corporate clients, brokers, and other partners.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate or hospitality solutions.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the real estate or hospitality industry.Strong network and connections in real estate/hospitality markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic alliances.
