Description:

The HR Assistant is a key role that provides on-site HR support to enhance a positive and effective work environment. The role focuses on executing HR initiatives, delivering outstanding employee support, and ensuring operational excellence while driving process improvement. The HR Assistant addresses employee inquiries related to HR, benefits, payroll, and engagement. They manage cases, projects, and professional relationships of varying complexity, adhering to high standards of confidentiality and privacy. Work is carried out in alignment with defined service levels to achieve performance and quality goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries to ensure satisfaction and a positive employee experience.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of employee documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Act as an expert on-site for employee issues, providing necessary support or escalating when needed.
  • Manage and track attendance, supporting managers in ensuring adherence to attendance policies.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate data input and timely payroll processing.
  • Provide training and guidance on policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute standard HR reports and communications to improve transparency in operations.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations and analyses to address complex issues and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and foster innovation.
  • Develop proposals to maximize the utilization of resources and streamline operations.
  • Execute assigned project tasks in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee and implement employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction and loyalty.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications, especially Excel, to support analytical and administrative tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in human resources, administrative fields, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and provide innovative solutions to HR challenges.
