Job Description
By building up the DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) over the past 4 years, we have successfully established a new global product in DSC (now part of DSC’s Accelerated Growth Solutions). We reached a level of size, organizational maturity & insights that allows us to take the next step in our evolution: Scaling our growth as a global network across all regions. This is the “DHL Fulfillment Network @ AGS”.
The DFN Regional Head AMERICAS is truly a unique opportunity for those eager to build up a new team and business (nearly from scratch) across two regions.
Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to lead the establishment and growth of the DHL Fulfillment Network in NORAM and LATAM. This includes a direct responsibility & team for Sales in all relevant countries as well ensuring organizational support from all relevant DSC stakeholders (from regional board members to site managers) for this new way of working.
This role will be entirely responsible for driving the AMERICAS rollout of DFN across all its functions, processes and tools throughout the customer lifecycle, including regular interaction with global leads involved, especially Product Management, Pricing, Project Delivery, Customer Service and IT. More information regarding key tasks involved contained in the role profile.
Specifically, the Regional Head of DFN AMERICAS will be building and leading a team of DFN Sales Managers across 8+ countries (US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru and Brazil). This team is not established yet and one of the core deliverables for 2025 will be to hire this team and set it up for success.
In short, this role will lead DFN in LATAM and NORAM.
