Job Summary
The Leasing Manager (Commercial) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of
leasing activities for commercial properties. This role involves developing
leasing strategies, identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and
ensuring tenant satisfaction. The Leasing Manager will play a key role in maximizing
the revenue and occupancy of commercial real estate portfolio.

Leasing Strategy and Management
- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for leasing.
- Prepare and execute marketing strategies to attract high-value tenants.
Tenant Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction to promote long-term leases and renewals.
Lease Negotiation and Documentation
- Negotiate lease terms, including rent, duration, and other contract clauses.
- Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements in coordination with the legal team.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Financial and Reporting Duties
- Analyze rental income performance and forecast revenue for commercial properties.
- Monitor tenant payment schedules and assist in resolving any delinquencies.
- Prepare periodic leasing reports, including occupancy rates, lease expirations, and market trends.
Coordination and Collaboration
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure tenant needs are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vacant spaces effectively.
- Partner with finance and legal departments for budget reviews and contract approvals.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in property management or real estate (e.g., RERA certification) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing commercial leases.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing laws and real estate market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
