HR Services and Solutions Manager & the Workplace Services Leader is a close partner to Shared Services and business in the market. The jobholder takes a comprehensive, end to end view of people operation processes, influences key partners in policy design and sets up the processes needed to deliver outstanding employee experience. Additionally, this role is responsible for the full scope of Site Services with Project ownership, delivery and responsible for the Site facilities operations. This role will lead a diverse organization and seek horizontal projects for the market. In this role you will be responsible for:
Handle Day to Day HR operations related to Employee Payroll, benefits, and Employee Services.
Understanding and delivering data insights to influence your internal and external partners and identify improvement areas to deliver the highest impact on Employee Benefits & Services.
Bringing creativity to own and lead the design and execution of digital solutions to improve employee services.
Facilitate supplier’s interactions with the site to ensure performance meets P&G’s business needs. Ensure they understand service level delivery and communication required to be successful. Identify incremental opportunities to deliver value to P&G and the supplier
Coordinate with the business, risk/regulatory management, security, and suppliers to meet site and Company objectives
Handle communication relevant to site operations, related services, and issues
Support standard alliance relationship management processes and service verification
Provide performance management input to Regional Supplier Governance Leaders
Define and supervise performance expectations and measures covering safety, financials, workflow, service levels and customer happiness
Validate site performance and reports
Coordinate services, initiatives and plans within the site consistent with Company standards, policies, and priorities
Ensure that audit controls are in place at the site for processes, procedures, and expenditures
Identify and implement service improvement opportunities
Job Qualifications

Qualifications:2-5 years experience in Human Resources or any relevant experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with relevant major such as Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development or any other relevant majors.
Outstanding communication skills – effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
Collaboration skills – effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds. Strong EQ and leadership skills to move the work forward even in stressful or demanding situations.
Strong collaborator - with the ability to influence the business
Executional Excellence – able to plan, coordinate, and implement vital activities to deliver, with validated attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent attention to detail. Committed to implement with an important level of end-to-end accountability, quality, and agility.
Project Management Fundamentals (Communications, Change management, Customer management, Financials management, Scheduling, etc.).
Knowledge of scaling agile methods and/or Hybrid PM models-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with and influence project managers, board members, project partners, business unit leaders, etc.
Self-starter & Proactive: Ability to generate own ideas and proposals, and to adjust an adapt strategy as needed.
Collaboration skills and ability to actively engage up, down, and across the organization.
Strong analytical skills a plus – proficient in Microsoft Power Suite of tools (BI, Automate, Knime, etc).
Vendor management to be responsible for key partners needed to own the site.
