Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate must be skilled and detail-oriented to oversee and manage day-to-day marketing activities across our network of schools. This role will involve coordinating with school teams, liaising with digital marketing agencies to plan and execute campaigns, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all marketing materials. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, with a passion for education and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily marketing activities across all schools in the network.
  • Ensure campaigns align with corporate and school-specific objectives
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is culturally appropriate and engaging for diverse audiences.
  • Work with agencies to develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, print, and events.
  • Assist in developing marketing assets that enhance the visibility and reputation of Spark Education Platform and its schools.
  • Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a multi-brand environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).


Skills


  • Excellent proofreading and copy-editing skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing principles.
  • Basic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
