They are now looking for a driven and strategic Key Accounts Manager to lead and expand their key account relationships in the eastern region.
The Role
In this high-impact role, the Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving the key accounts strategy, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring growth in volume, revenue, and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within major accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mutual growth.
- Drive volume and revenue growth through the effective negotiation and execution of Pay for Performance Customer Development Agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design account-specific standards for product range, pricing, promotions, and visibility to strengthen presence in all key accounts.
- Lead the implementation of the national promotional calendar, ensuring flawless execution at all levels.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by onboarding new distribution channels and customers.
- Ensure compliance with agreed performance standards and commitments across all accounts, partnering closely with execution teams to maintain excellence.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, trends, and insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Skills
The Ideal candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales within FMCG or Food & Beverage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- A university degree is required; bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred.
