Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet project and operational needs.
- Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Create and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation structures and benefit programs to remain competitive in the industry.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.
HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Drive HR-related projects, such as policy updates and workplace safety initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
