Key Responsibilities
IGA Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day IGA operations, including user lifecycle management, access recertification, and self-service workflows.
Manage and optimize One Identity IGA tools, ensuring high availability and performance.
Perform access reviews, recertification, and attestation processes in line with compliance requirements.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Lead projects involving the design, architecture, and implementation of IGA solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement IT Shop functionalities.

Process Optimization:
Design and enforce policies for role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through periodic audits and reporting.
Provide expertise on governance processes and recommend improvements for access management practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align IGA initiatives with organizational objectives.
Train end-users and IT staff on IGA tools and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with One Identity or similar IGA solutions.
Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, access recertification, self-service workflows, and IT Shop configurations.
Knowledge of access control models, directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, etc.).
Project Experience:
Proven track record in IGA project design and implementation.
Experience in integrating IGA tools with enterprise applications and systems.
Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001 related to identity management.
Skills
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., One Identity Certified Professional, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
