WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Implement world class execution excellence in the market in line with perfect store guidelines for assigned customers.
Leading end to end 3rd party merchandising suppliers for assigned customers to ensure maximum ROI
Track & monitor 3P contract counter parts and provide necessary feedback & action to all stake holders
Engage as main point of contact with 3P merchandisers, team leaders & management to ensure OTIF new cascades, guidelines and other direction
Conduct weekly field visits & audits to evaluate execution and provide feedback with corrective actions to CD and 3P teams
Lead in the weekly execution review forum to evaluate performance with CD & 3P merchandising teams
Drive initiatives to improve our overall in store presence. (OSA/SOS/Off shelf/Planogram/Placement)
Provide constant & robust feedback on competitor activities and propose course of action
Handle digitization projects & streamline reporting tools with 3P Merchandising suppliers
Perform periodical reviews of merchandising teams in assigned region and take immediate corrective actions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a minimum.
+2 Years is Sales Experience, Business Development or Trade Marketing within FMCG.
MS Office, Power BI & technical skills in data management
Experience in working across multiple business teams and balancing multiple priorities
Experience in CD fundamentals
High degree of business acumen
