The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the market presence of our construction and building company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  8. Monitor and analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  9. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
  10. Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company and its services.
