  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape within the facilities management sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
  • Selling APSG services to companies, commercial establishments and factories in all sectors and knowing their needs and desires.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [2] years of sales experience, preferably in facilities management or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  •  English Language (Very Good) .
