Sales Supervisor - Qassim

  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee our Qassim office in the HoReCa food distribution sector. This role involves managing a team of salesmen, actively visiting the market to secure new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, understand Arabic, and have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HoReCa sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of salesmen to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively engage in sales activities, visiting the market to acquire new clients and maintain existing ones.
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and sales tracking.

  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in HoReCa food distribution. Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English with an understanding of Arabic (speaking Arabic is an advantage).
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and a results-driven attitude.
