  1. Booking Appointments: Managing client scheduling and ensuring efficient time management. Coordinating employee schedules, and transportation.
  2. Customer service: responding to customers on all communication platforms. Whatsapp, email and social. media. 
  3. Inventory Management: Monitoring salon supplies and restocking as needed.
  4. General Organization: Ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.

B) Skills and tools: The individual should be proficient in tools and systems such as:

1-Softwares for Booking Appointments (examples):

  • Fresha
  • Mindbody


2-Customer service (examples):

  • What’s App
  • Outlook
  • Instagram and Snapchat


3- Inventory Management Tools (examples):

  • Square for Retail
  • Salon-specific inventory features in Fresha or Zenoti


4- General Organization and admin tools (examples):

  • Trello
  • Asana
  • Google workspace
  • Canva


5-Social media: it would be a plus to have content creating skills for day-to-day social posting and video content creation.
