JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure planned talent outreach and engagement activities with external talent market to fill the organizational talent requirements against open or ad-hoc positions. The role will require to make right selection of tools /techniques to attract desired talent in the market and will convert opportunities into interests, resulting effective, efficient acquisition of the talent to support business operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performs the process and activities, may include but not limited to:
- Perform full cycle hiring process through job posting, profile screening, interviewing, testing, and shortlisting.
- Implements appropriate methods, recruitment resources to outreach different target talent pools.
- Effectively screens the talent profiles while ensuring a best fit to the requirements of the potential roles.
- Initiates the screening interviews with candidates to understand the best fit between organization and candidates value propositions.
- Collaborates with hiring managers in shortlisting the profiles for next level interview process.
- Coordinates and ensures interviews are planned and executed in timely fashion.
- Ensures pre-selection assessment tests/background investigations are organized and keep a strong follow-up with the process.
- Responsible for all coordination between organizations and candidates for anything related to interview scheduling, offers, and candidates’ feedback.
- Negotiate offers by following the established criteria and partnering with hiring organization, Human Resources & respective management.
- Responsible for the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer, acceptance and turn downs.
- Oversee the process of employee mobilization/onboarding, related skills assessments, orientation programs schedule and related hiring formalities.
- May collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors involved in the sourcing and attraction of talent.
- Implement policies and procedures in selection, assessment and hiring, in accordance with fair employment regulations and practices.
- Determines implications of organizational current and future needs on hiring requirements to support proactive plans for talent hunting.
- May attend career events to solicit interest from external talent pools.
- Prepare reports for openings, hires, and post hire summaries for hiring organizations when appropriate.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence through analysis and proposals for methods, tools, resources to continuously improve the process.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS:
- Academic background includes a minimum of bachelor's degree.
- +5 years of related experience.
