As a Senior Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required, ensure proper communication and quick resolution. As a senior project engineer, Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for Major Incident’s related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement. Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, Policies troubleshooting & Client coordination prepare Weekly and monthly status reports. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the service improvement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects. Training of new team members. Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents
Minimum work experience: 4 - 6 Years
Activities/Responsibilities
- Security engineers to deliver services as per defined scope and SLA for a global customer and resolve global IAM Service Requests/ issues.
- Maintain good professional relationship with peers, customer stake holders excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attend daily Operational meetings with customer to provide updates explain operational issues/incidents and problems
- On-boarding and off boarding new PAM accounts as per policy
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to customer and Wipro management on time and recommend improvement plans.
- Monitor the PAM applications from the Admin console and fix the issues immediately.
- Creation of New Policies/target accounts, Applying security policies, Enabling new privilege profiles.
- Defining proper access levels, determining the appropriate scope of access for each privilege account and maintaining boundaries across systems.
- Ability to provide the RCA for major Incidents/Outages.
- Work as a key member of IDAM Support team with broad knowledge on PAM software and systems, such as Oracle,cyberark, SailPoint, CA Identity Suite or IBM’s security solutions.
- Ability to work with a variety of identity, access and privileged account management solutions
- Supports the PAM, User access/management and AD infrastructure.
- Be engaged with engineering for project related work or needed changes to environment as needed.
- Handling critical changes and Severity 1 tickets
- Coordinating with the Vendors and Customer during outbreaks
- Knowledge of current compliance regulations and the solutions necessary to meet them requests
- Work with customer and support on ad hoc requests
- Complete the assigned task within the SLA
- Prepare/write Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required, participate in data calls and other operational and maintenance task.
- Troubleshoot Access/policy related problems, PowerShell scripting and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate Access issue resolution
Skills:
- Any PAM application certification, CA-PAM/CyberArk/SailPoint - Mandatory
- Expertise and L3 support in IDAM and L2 AD/Windows Support (Mandatory)
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts and systems.
