As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing design concepts within budget. You will manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring coordination with contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Understand client goals, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces.
Design Concept Development: Create functional, stylish, and budget-conscious design solutions.
Space Planning: Optimize space for efficiency and functionality.
Design Documentation: Develop detailed floor plans, 3D models, and specifications in compliance with building codes.
Project Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.
Project Oversight: Ensure timely and quality implementation of design plans.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to meet design standards and deadlines.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative, sustainable solutions.
Work experience: At least 4 years of work experience is required.

- Well-versed in planning and implementation of interior design projects on a professional level.
- Adroit designer with keen attention to all the relevant technical facets of interior designing.
- Capable of understanding all the required features of design software solutions and other digital tools.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Professional education in Interior Designing with a high emphasis on modern design aspects. (Bachelor's preferred)
- Creating 2D and 3D models.

- Analyze finances in order to establish project-related fees and expenses.
