Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
