Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and oversee salon projects, including new service launches, promotions, and events.
• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor budgets for projects and marketing campaigns.

2. Marketing Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and monitor content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and content that reflect the salon’s brand.

3. Customer Relations:

• Engage with clients across social platforms, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Maintain a positive and professional online presence for the salon.
• Work with the front desk and customer service team to ensure seamless client communication.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain and organize the salon’s digital marketing assets.
• Provide regular updates to management on project and marketing progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend strategies to keep the salon competitive.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in project management and marketing, ideally in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and basic project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
