The business scope covers development, design, manufacturing, marketing and sale of technologies and equipment of power automation and protection, electrical information and communication, power electronics, power generation and water conservancy automation, railway transit and industrial automation, along with providing relevant technical services.

 

NARI Technology Company LTD Branch, is a newly setup branch office based in Riyadh. NARI is positioned as Equipment Manufacturer, System Provider and Solution Provider, aims to serve more for Saudi Electricity Company, Aramco, SABIC and other Power Utilities in GCC Countries.

Job Purpose

  • Provide extensive HR support, managing recruitment, onboarding, policies, and records. Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting best workforce management practices for an inclusive work environment. Timely coordinate and communicate with HR Manager from NARI Headquarter.

Language

Proficient in both Arabic and English (Verbal and Written)

Chinese speaker is preferred

 

Minimum Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, or a related field.
  • Three years or more of HR work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

 

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for job vacancies.

Coordinate interviews and assessments and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the recruitment process.

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries and concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR practices are aligned with legal and ethical standards.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process, including setting up performance goals and conducting reviews.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

Monitor and track employee performance and recommend appropriate actions.

Employee Benefits and Compensation:

Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

Conduct salary research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.

Manage the training calendar and track employee participation in learning programs.

Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.

HR Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.

Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

Generate HR reports and analytics for management as needed.

Employee Offboarding:

Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and final documentation.

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights to improve employee retention.

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

 

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
