Serve as the primary HR contact for all Saudi employees, coordinating essential HR functions, addressing grievances, and ensuring role alignment with job descriptions and locations in compliance with Aramco standards.
- Act as the focal contact for all Saudi employees, providing comprehensive HR support and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Maintain open communication with Saudi employees to promote understanding of company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate with HR Officers on all matters related to Saudi employee vacations, training needs, Aramco ID issuance, and other employment requirements.
- Facilitate smooth HR processes to ensure Saudi employees receive all necessary support, resources, and documentation.
- Work closely with Aramco representatives to address and resolve issues efficiently and fairly.
- Ensure that all Saudi employees are allocated to roles that align with their official job descriptions and designated locations.
- Proactively escalate project-related issues and employee concerns to the HR Manager as needed, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication channels.

Skills
- Qualification – Master’s Degree in Management
- Experience – 10 Years experience in working with Aramco is advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in HR and Microsoft Office.
- Takes a results-oriented approach to problem-solving, identifying and addressing root causes to achieve success.
- Clear and concise communicator with strong writing and speaking skills.
