Saudi

Serve as the primary HR contact for all Saudi employees, coordinating essential HR functions, addressing grievances, and ensuring role alignment with job descriptions and locations in compliance with Aramco standards.


  • Act as the focal contact for all Saudi employees, providing comprehensive HR support and addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Maintain open communication with Saudi employees to promote understanding of company policies and HR procedures.
  • Coordinate with HR Officers on all matters related to Saudi employee vacations, training needs, Aramco ID issuance, and other employment requirements.
  • Facilitate smooth HR processes to ensure Saudi employees receive all necessary support, resources, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Aramco representatives to address and resolve issues efficiently and fairly.
  • Ensure that all Saudi employees are allocated to roles that align with their official job descriptions and designated locations.
  • Proactively escalate project-related issues and employee concerns to the HR Manager as needed, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication channels.
  • facilitating effective communication between project teams and HR to support operational continuity.

Skills

  • Qualification – Master’s Degree in Management
  • Experience – 10 Years experience in working with Aramco is advantage


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in HR and Microsoft Office.
  • Takes a results-oriented approach to problem-solving, identifying and addressing root causes to achieve success.
  • Clear and concise communicator with strong writing and speaking skills.
