Presales Manager provides advanced solutions knowledge and assist the pre-sales team with qualifying customer technical needs, developing and presenting customer solutions, assisting with proposals and demos. Serve presales lead resource for planning and managing all presales activities for strategic sales opportunities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor the presales team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyse customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and prospects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights and market needs.
- Track and analyze presales activities and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Education Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineer, Telecom engineer, Electrical engineer, or Electronics engineer.
Professional Certifications Required
- Supplier certification and any certificate within the field is a plus.
