The Sales/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors,
providing exceptional customer service and handling various administrative tasks. This role
involves managing memberships, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales efforts.
• Greet and Assist Members: Welcome all members and visitors with a friendly and
professional demeanor, assisting them with their needs and inquiries.
• Handle Calls and Inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing
information about our services, membership options, and promotions.
• Manage Memberships and Sales: Process new memberships, renewals, and
cancellations. Promote and sell our fitness programs and products.
• Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments for personal
training, classes, and other services.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including
maintaining records, managing the front desk area, and supporting the sales team.
Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in
both Arabic and English.
• Sales Experience Preferred: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
is an advantage.
• Customer Service Oriented: Passionate about providing excellent customer service
and enhancing the member experience.
• Proficient in Arabic & English: Fluent in both languages to effectively
communicate with our diverse member base.
