Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Reformer Pilates techniques and equipment, including Allegro or Merrithew Reformers, and have a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. This role involves leading group classes, providing one-on-one sessions, and creating a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver customized Reformer Pilates classes to individuals and groups, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Utilize Allegro or Merrithew Reformer equipment effectively to maximize client experience and results.
• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ fitness levels, goals, and any limitations.
• Modify exercises based on clients’ needs, ensuring inclusivity and safety for all fitness levels.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional studio atmosphere that fosters client retention and satisfaction.
• Educate clients about the benefits of Pilates, body alignment, and core strength.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in Pilates education.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
• Certification in Reformer Pilates, preferably through Merrithew, Stott Pilates, or Balanced Body.
• Experience working with Allegro or Merrithew equipment is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience in Reformer Pilates.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide clients.
• Ability to adapt classes for clients of varying fitness levels and special populations.
