This person is responsible to drive successful adoption of digital solutions by Clients, ensuring business changes are seamlessly integrated and embedded into the client organization to ensure maximum value realization.

Our client is a large organization in the industrial/manufacturing sector, based in the Eastern region of KSA. They are renowned for their innovative approach to adopting new technologies and systems, always ensuring their operations remain at the forefront of the industry.

Description
Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems within the organisation.Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during the adoption process.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of change management initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.


Profile

A successful candidate should have:
A strong understanding of technology and its application within the industrial/manufacturing industry.Proven experience in leading change management initiatives.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to work with various stakeholders and influence change.Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.


Job Offer
