Must-Have:
- 10+ years of experience in manpower planning & human resources
- Experienced with utilizing Oracle based tools for workforce management
- Experienced in developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies
- Proficiency in managing large-scale operations with a workforce of 10,000+
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or any other relevant field.
- Prior experience working with a construction organization
