Key Skills:

Extensive knowledge and expertise with Network security solution such as (Cisco firewall, palo alto firewall, F5 WAF, F5 LTM, Cisco ISE, Proxy, VPN, DDoS, …etc.).

Experience in designing, planning and deployment of network security solutions.

Experience working with multiple vendors.

Minimum 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Network security related issues, working with Network administrators and vendor support teams

Knowledge about evolving Cyber Threats

Familiarity with the different enterprise security and IT products, processes, and ecosystem

Skills

Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor and manage Network Security controls deployed in Organization.
• Conduct appropriate analysis and work with appropriate resources to ensure issues related to Network Security consoles or agents are addressed in a timely manner.
• Upgrading Network Security consoles to latest versions following best practices and SABIC defined Process.
• Support for enabling new features in existing Infrastructure
• Maintain and update the Network Security Asset list.
• Participate in improvement projects
• Working closely with other Cyber security teams to increase Security posture of Organization.
• Banning Indicator of compromise in Network Security controls.
• Submit incidents and change requests.
• Incidents tickets and service request ticket resolution within agreed KPI’s.
• Analyze vulnerability and compliance reports received from the scanning team for Network Security team and remediate them in line with Organization procedure.
• Working with Teams within SABIC and Vendors to cover gap related to Network Security in Organization.
• Ensuring 100% compliance of Network Security within organization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload across multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
