Job Title: Specialist- Mechanical Engineering
Job Purpose
To develop all activities related to electrical work of Red Sea Global's (RSG's) projects through developing conceptual designs and drawings, and ensure adherence to international standards, monitoring consultants/contractors works and timelines, and developing RFQ in order to achieve optimal work delivery as per company’s vision and parameters.
Job Responsibilities
To assist in all mechanical works of The Red Sea Global Company’s projects through contributing to the design, procurement and subcontracting process, monitoring of project progress, interfacing with relevant parties in order to ensure timely and high-quality completion of MEP projects.
Key accountabilities:
- Assist in the design of all mechanical works and ensure that it is conducted in accordance with the applicable codes necessary in design verification
- Assist in the collection and interpretation of engineering data, development of project design, development of specifications and performance of detailed engineering
- Assist in conducting design reviews to identify project risks and develop response plans
- Prepare a range of documentation including but not limited to design requirements, technical specifications, assessment documents, performance analysis, design manuals, and installation and commissioning documents.
- Work closely across multiple disciplines, management, stakeholders and consultants during design and construction phases of transportation projects.

- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

- Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
- PMP
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
