Key Responsibilities:


  • HCM Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop Oracle EBS HCM strategies that align with their business objectives and improve workforce management.
  • Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring configurations meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications within Oracle EBS HCM.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams on Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring effective usage and adoption.
  • Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change associated with Oracle EBS HCM implementations and process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within Oracle EBS HCM to optimize HR functions and reporting capabilities.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials specific to Oracle EBS HCM.


Skills

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM consulting, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS HCM system implementation and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and HR processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS HCM or project management are preferred.
