Job Responsibilities

1、负责对应百货、冷冻、生鲜、冷藏等品类的大仓订货补货；

Responsible for warehouse ordering and replenishment of corresponding department stores, bazaar,frozen, fresh, refrigerated and other categories;

2、向合作供应商进行日常订货计划，关注商品的销售、库存周转、损耗率及缺货率； 

Confirm with cooperative suppliers for daily ordering plans , paying attention to product sales, inventory turnover, loss rate, and out of stock rate;

3、与大仓、供应商沟通，协调处理送货预约、供应商送货到货等环节的异常情况； 

 Communicate with the warehouse and suppliers, coordinate and handle abnormal situations in delivery appointments, supplier delivery and arrival, etc

4、依据运营等部门的活动计划安排，对促销商品的合理订货，并关注促销商品的销售情况，及时调整订货量； 

According to the activity plan of the operation department, place reasonable orders for promotional products, pay attention to the sales of promotion products and adjust the order quantity in time;

5、跟进负责品类的异常库存情况，包括高库存、高库龄、低销、汰换品等，并推进解决；

Follow up on abnormal inventory situations in responsible categories and try to solve these issues, including high inventory, high inventory age, low sales, stopped items etc.

6 、配合团队完成其他库存管理专案工作。

Collaborate with the team to complete other stock management projects;

Qualifications for the position

1、具备2 年以上零售或流通行业库存管理经验，有百货、冷冻、生鲜、冷藏商品直接订货经验者优先；

At least 2 years of stock management experience in the retail or distribution industry, with priority given to who has ordering experience in bazaar,frozen, fresh, and refrigerated product.

2、熟练运用Excel，能熟悉数据分析相关工具的使用，有较强的数据分析处理能力； 

Proficient in Excel and familiar with related tools like data analysis , having strong data analysis and processing abilities

3、熟悉商品品类，熟悉商品库存周转、库龄、滞销、缺货等指标，能独立负责整体库存管理进销存全链路管控，有挖掘商品异常的能力

Familiar with merchandise categories and some indicators like inventory turnover, stock age and out of stock products etc. Be able to manage the entire stock management independently and manage the whole process of purchase, sales, and inventory.Have the ability to identify abnormal product .

4、有效沟通能力，有强烈的责任心，踏实细致；

Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth and meticulous;

5、大学本科学历，有英语听读写能力优先

• Bachelor's degree, English listening, reading, and writing skills are preferred.
