A leading hospitality company with multiple international F&B chains is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join its Riyadh headquarters.

You will help identify real estate investment opportunities that are aligned with the organization’s strategy and business plan.

•   Ensure compliance with real estate policies and identify investment opportunities aligned with company goals.

•   Monitor changes in real estate laws and perform trend analysis to support property evaluations and portfolio development.

•   Implement development plans to meet targets, overseeing transaction quality and securing prime locations with optimal value.

•   Build and manage relationships within the brokerage network, collaborating with internal teams and strategic partners, including government agencies and major developers.

•   Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance, supporting professional growth with regular feedback and development opportunities.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven expertise in sourcing prime locations, with a strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Background in QSR/retail, corporate, property, asset management, commercial, or real estate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strategic mindset with exceptional negotiation abilities.
• Skilled in market analysis and research for high-traffic restaurant locations.
•  Financial proficiency and experience in budgeting.
