Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing Social Media Content:
  • Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and animations for social media posts, stories, ads, and other digital content.
  • Produce content that aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and marketing goals across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Social Media Teams:
  • Work closely with social media managers and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and target audience.
  • Support the development of social media content calendars and assist in executing creative concepts.
  • Adapting Designs for Multiple Platforms:
  • Design assets for a variety of formats, including square, vertical, and horizontal dimensions, optimized for different platforms (e.g., Instagram feed, stories, Facebook ads, YouTube thumbnails, etc.).
  • Ensure that designs are visually consistent across platforms and meet specific platform requirements.
  • Maintaining Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure that all creative assets align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all social media channels.
  • Assist in developing and updating style guides and templates for social media posts.
  • Content Creation and Visual Storytelling:
  • Create dynamic and engaging visuals that tell a story and drive audience interaction and engagement.
  • Use creative design to communicate the brand’s values and promotions in a way that resonates with the audience.
  • Staying Updated with Trends:
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative outputs.
  • Leverage trends such as interactive content, video graphics, and motion design to enhance social media presence.
  • Collaborating with Influencers and Partners:
  • Work on co-branded content and influencer collaborations to ensure that creative assets are aligned with both the brand and the partner's aesthetic.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Collaborate with the social media team to analyze the performance of visual content and optimize future designs based on engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, click-through rates, etc.).


Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably with experience designing for social media platforms.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work related to social media design, branding, and digital content creation.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest) and their unique design requirements.
  • Strong typography, composition, and layout skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of video production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies.
  • Creative Mindset:
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to social media campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality visuals that align with brand messaging.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other teams (marketing, social media, content creators).
  • Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and iterate quickly on designs.
  • Time Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
