The Shareholder Relations Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the automotive dealership and its shareholders. This position is vital for ensuring effective communication, transparency, and engagement with shareholders, ultimately contributing to the company's success and growth. The officer will be responsible for managing shareholder inquiries, organizing meetings, and providing updates on company performance and strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to fostering positive relationships and addressing shareholder concerns in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and respond to shareholder inquiries and concerns promptly.
  2. Organize and coordinate shareholder meetings and events.
  3. Prepare and distribute shareholder communications, including newsletters and reports.
  4. Maintain accurate records of shareholder interactions and feedback.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to gather relevant information for shareholder updates.
  6. Monitor shareholder sentiment and report findings to senior management.
  7. Assist in the development of strategies to enhance shareholder engagement.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to shareholder communications.
  9. Provide support during annual general meetings and other shareholder events.
  10. Conduct research on industry trends and shareholder best practices.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
  5. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Experience in customer service or public relations is a plus.
  7. Knowledge of corporate governance and shareholder rights.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proactive problem-solving skills.
  10. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
