Right now, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is going through a period of unprecedented change as it seeks to transform its economy and society in line with Vision 2030 — a bold blueprint to diversify its economy, develop its infrastructure, cherish its national identity, and create a better life for all Saudis.

Jacobs is committed to providing opportunities for Saudi nationals from Graduates to Senior Leaders, supporting the development of the national workforce, and ensuring that our team reflects the diversity of Saudi Arabia.
