Position: CONTACT CENTER & MARKETING MANAGER (RAILWAY PROJECT)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


Role Overview:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead marketing and contact center operations for a high-profile transportation project. The role involves overseeing a 30-person contact center team, managing marketing campaigns, including social media, and establishing strategic partnerships to drive customer growth and revenue.


Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the annual Marketing & Business Development Action Plan to increase ridership and revenue.

2. Market Research: Oversee market research initiatives, working with external providers to understand customer needs.

3. Relationship Building: Build partnerships with government and private entities to promote the service as a preferred travel option.

4. Contact Center Leadership: Manage a 30-person team, ensuring efficient customer service and high satisfaction levels.

5. Marketing & Social Media: Lead marketing and social media campaigns to expand customer base, aligning with broader brand strategies.

6. Product & Offer Development: Create offers for targeted segments like educational institutions and corporate clients.

Skills

Qualifications:

> Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.

> Experience: 5+ years in relevant roles, including team leadership in contact center operations, preferably in transportation.

> Skills: Strong communication in English and Arabic, team leadership, full computer proficiency, and experience with social media.
