Description
Drive demand for the company's products, ensuring sales are finalized through approved distributors or direct sales channels when appropriate.Serve as the customer expert on key product lines.Organize and lead sales meetings, product training sessions for customers, and vendor days with dealers and telesales teams.Deliver professional presentations to groups of dental professionals, including students and postgraduate education departments.Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, including relevant sales and market personnel.Adhere to corporate governance and regulatory standards at all times.Collaborate with Clinical Educators on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) meetings and presentations.Support training and mentoring efforts for new sales team members.Keep the CRM (customer database) up-to-date.Collaborate on marketing initiatives by monitoring, reporting, and following up to ensure a consistent and polished marketing campaign.Communicate both the business and clinical advantages of the products clearly.Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, in alignment with company procedures.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
Education: degree in dentistry is mandatory3-4 years of experience in selling dental digital equipment within Saudi Arabia.Bilingual in Arabic and English.Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively engage with dental professionals.Proven success in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships in the dental field.relationship with KOL across KSA
