Must-Have:
- 13+ years of experience in Banking Operations
- 8+ years of experience in Retail Operations Management and Business Processes & procedures development
- Hands-on experience with developing and designing performance & business methods
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounting, or any other relevant field.
- CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
