The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP IS-Oil modules, coupled with proven project management skills in large-scale implementation and optimization projects.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP IS-Oil functional consulting, with expertise in SAP MM, SD, PM, and FI modules.
• Strong project management experience with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes and operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules preferred.

Skills

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage SAP IS-Oil implementations, upgrades, and support projects from a functional and project management perspective.
2. Configure and customize SAP IS-Oil modules including SAP PM, MM, SD, and FI for Oil & Gas business processes.
3. Analyze business requirements and design efficient solutions to meet client needs in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
4. Act as a subject matter expert in SAP IS-Oil, providing guidance on best practices for Oil & Gas operations.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective solution delivery.
7. Provide functional testing, documentation, training, and end-user support.
8. Manage change requests and system enhancements post-implementation.
9. Perform detailed gap analysis and recommend solutions for business process optimization.
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
11. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and senior management.
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP system performance and user experience.
13. Participate in SAP IS-Oil community, staying up-to-date on new features and functionalities.
14. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further engagement.
15. Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
