Job Purpose
Construction Manager (Logistics)
Red Sea Global is seeking a Construction Manager specializing in construction logistics. As the Construction Manager - Project Delivery (Construction Logistics), you will oversee logistics aspects of construction projects, leveraging your experience and background in hospitality or major buildings projects with top-tier contracting companies or global consultants.
Job Responsibilities - Leadership
• Assist with the planning and execution of construction related plans and targets and execute the strategic agenda of the Construction function to deliver RSG vision and mission.
• Ensure that the overall construction strategy / plan is executed at site and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in order to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s overall strategy. Leadership
• Coordinate the various Contractors to ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently, in line with the strategic Construction Management plans, policies and procedures.
• Serve as a role model to ensure RSG (and other’s) employees’ awareness and commitment to RSG vision, mission, values, fundamentals and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated human resources, and continuously improve performance.
Job Responsibilities - Functional
The Construction Manager - Logistics will oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics activities on the construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of operational procedures, the development of site logistics strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery of project requirements from start to finish for Project Delivery
- Lead and support project delivery by ensuring the effective planning and execution of all logistics functions on-site.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and method statements to optimize site logistics and meet project needs.
- Oversee all aspects of the logistics supply chain, including materials management, stores operations, and the development of site-specific logistics solutions.
- Coordinate the movement of people, goods, and equipment around the site, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Plan and optimize the flow of materials, machinery, and personnel across the site, including internal and external routes for different phases of the project.
- Schedule and manage logistics meetings, ensuring logistics is represented and integrated into all project planning and site meetings.

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 - 10 years of experience within construction logistics, with a focus on hospitality or major buildings projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction logistics projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Experience working with top-tier contracting companies or global consulting firms is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction logistics-related project management software and tools.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
